Our mission is to help BYU OIT clients succeed by providing agile coaching and project management support. We guide small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they stay on track and align with the university's goals. As PMO students, we focus on accelerating project success without taking on administrative tasks like clerks or receptionists. Together, we make sure every project contributes to the bigger picture, supporting BYU’s mission to strengthen learning and service.

If you have a significant amount of free time, then reach out to Gordon and let him know you have X amount of hours/week of available capacity. (This process may change as we further develop a capacity management solution)
